Supporting research and publications on Indian Cinema
IFI through its sources supports research on Indian Cinema. All research projects with synopsis could be sent to Mr. Saibal Chatterjee, Vice Chairman, Filman film Institute. In certain cases IFI can also help fund such projects.

CONDUCTING WORKSHOPS on FILMS AND FILMMAKING
With a view to promote understanding of the film medium and the craft, IFI conducts Workshops and Master Classes on Cinema periodically through out the country with prominent film makers, actors and other film professionals. These Masterclasses can be conducted for Schools, Colleges and other institutions on demand.
